Default Marking a thread solved?

Anyone know how to mark a thread "solved"? I could swear I saw how to do it a few days ago and I wanted to do this this morning and couldn't find it anywhere to save my life! Was I imagining it?

Click Thread Tools above any of your thread. The last option should be "Mark Thread as Solved" Click on that and your thread will be closed and the title would have the word [SOLVED] in it.
