Question Justin and Admin.--PLEASE HELP

The past few months have been terrible for those of us that are serious Webkinz devotees. Everytime the website starts to implement something new, it either doesn't work or puts some serious glitches into things already in place (i.e., the changes in color zones that prevent the tournament area for not working properly for the past 3 weeks). The wish tokens have not worked properly at least 2 different times this weekend--on the Asian accts. yesterday, and on the US accts tonight. And, I'm sure there are many other problems I have failed to list.

I don't think Ganz realizes how poorly their website it operating (at least, that is how I'd like to believe). Doesn't WI have enough pull to communicate the negative impact these technical issues are having on WK owners?

I'd really like to hear from Justin or someone else in Admin at WI to see if they can, or if they have, communicated the problem with technical issues to Ganz. Any help they could give us would be greatly appreciated.

One or two minor problems is understandable. But, their mistakes just keep adding up!

I know what you mean, but I don't think your being vary fair to GANZ.

They are working as hard as they can to fix it,
they are trying to make Webkinz world a funner place. What if you had your own company that was selling to kids, kids would get tired of the same things over and over and stop buying your items.

Thank you for your input!

Just to let you know, Justin and the admin do no work for or with Ganz. They have no say in anything.

The glitches ****. I've been affected by most of them as well. I learned a month ago, that there is nothing anyone here can do about it. Sorry

WI is in no way affiliated with Ganz and Webkinz World. Our owners and staff have no more input than any other consumer. It is up to each individual to relay their concerns to Ganz.

I will say, however, that they seem to be doing a fairly good job imho.

It can be frustrating at times, that's for sure.

But the founders of WI really have no affiliation with GANZ; they are just fans, like us, who were creative and energetic enough to start this forum.

May I suggest that you send a snail mail to GANZ, outlining your particular concerns and problems? Can't hurt.

While WI founders and staff have no say, and no more pull the any other webkinz world customer,
I am sure wkw programmers and techies are aware of the glitches. sometimes it can be a quick fix, and sometimes it can take awhile.

Default Re: Justin and Admin.--PLEASE HELP

The programmers have had lots of time to build the new stadium, new games, wish tokens (that rarely work) etc. I haven't been able to play Bingoz for months, tournament results won't display without logging out and in, and I keep hearing from support that they are aware of the problems and are working to correct the problem. Now they worked before, so obviously they do know how these particular programs run. The 1's and 0's do not change. The high scores for the game of the day should have been up and running a long time ago. Unless users report these issues and continue to follow up, nothing will get better in a reasonable amount of time. I've had some of these glitches since Christmas time, and I think that nearly four months to reset a game is bad business. It is frustrating to see all kinds of new events implemented when they haven't addressed the problems that exist for some users. I've suggested to Ganz and Webkinz that they hire Justin because he is far more helpful than their employees. I've done some programming so I know what is involved and that is why I am irked, they just do not seem to have a whole lot of consideration for their "Webkinz Family".

I say before the add new stuff to WW they need to fix the old stuff! it's just not fair to everyone on there. there are also going to be a boat load of more glitches on the way with the webkinz extravaganza, and all the new people going to join! I'm not trying to be rude but it is a big problem!

If you look at the top, under the donor button it says "WI is not affiliated with Ganz or Webkinz." so they have no say. Think about it, if you started a really popular game, and then there was a fan site for it, would you want the fansite telling you, the creator of the game how to run your company?
