I find lots of interesting threads. Sometimes I like the random threads because their different. Like you said it's not "hi" "help me" and others stuff. I like the polls

I don't totally agree with you on this. Kids and that is what allot of this is for correct? They get excited and want to share their good news with others! I thought that is what wi is about??? To share ALL ASPECTS of webkinz???? Well some of those include getting new pets!

But I read post daily several times and I find ALLOT of interesting good post! (Of course I guess it depends on what you are interested in!!) (everyone's interest is different)
But other post are of people sharing their news!! Isn't Wi also for Making friends!?? Isn't being a friend sharing the good news that happens to someone? As well as the bad???

Well just because they are strange doesn't mean that you don't have to look at it. You don't HAVE to read everything you see here on WI. and Lily pad is right, I find tons of interesting threads and I make a lot myself. You should really look hard. At first the only Threads I would go to were the house designing. When I finally spread out, I found WI to be much more fun.

Also one more thing about the Miley thread, just because it's mean I know that's not right but it's someone's opinion. Although people should not be posting those types of things.

"Great" is a very subjective term. What's great to you may be absolute garbage to someone else. One man's trash is another man's treasure, y'know?

A help thread may help just one person, or it may help 50 people. A thread about Miley may seem awesome to a hundred people, and it may annoy another fifty people. Same with RP's, creative writing, makeup help, a poll about clothes or hairstyles, etc. To each his own.

Personally, I don't find the search feature useful for much. It's very hard to weed through the results when searching site-wide, and it even seems quite insufficient when searching within a specific forum. I prefer to just browse through different sections, and see which titles catch my attention. I do think there are enough threads on here to keep me entertained though. I can get lost on WI for hours at a time, whether it's in Open Mike giving younger folks advice, answering questions in Somebody Help!, chatting it up in General Discussion, or browsing through the GE... there's always something to do.

But if you want better threads, about topics that interest you, why not start some yourself?

I don't mean to sound rude, but about 13 people just answered this one. I've seen your birthday one too which had about 20 people responded. If you try then I'm sure people will answer. I know it's not the greatest feeling when there are 0 views and 0 replies (I've had that feeling sooo many times) but maybe someone or just 1 person comes along and views it you could've helped them and maybe you did. I've often noticed 0 replies stay at zero but if someone posts just once usually 0 springs up to about 30.

(fakes typing the little symbols)

There is a place for all types of threads from the ordinary question to the announcement. From the "hey look" thread to the perfect inspiration thread. WI is a spectrum.

Smitchell is correct as always.
This is a huge Forum...with lots of sections....basically, something for everyone.
I like this section....I find lots of conversations popping up when members make
suggestions. Also, Genl Discussion/chat can have interesting threads, as well as
Open Mike....where any topic is ok.
In fact, go down to Hi Joe and read what our new members have to say about
themselves in their introductions.....I've always found them interesting.
