And, another of my famous tips: (Well, not really.) This works for any situation with almost any company. Sound angry. Don't sound wimpy like they don't need to bother. You are a valued customer, and you demand respect from a company that has glitches like that. Now go show 'em!
P.S. As funny as that may sound, it's really true and that is meant to be taken seriously.
