Default Instead of just saying thanks..

When you make a thread and people post on it, it's a nice idea to try to reply and elaborate on their posts by saying something about it, instead of just saying "thanks for posting." That's nice to say and all, but it's much better if you reply back to the person specifically and people will feel like their posts mattered on your thread. This will also help all the posts flow together rather than just being a jumble of mixed thoughts.

Opinions? Please post them.

I agree with you. Tell them why or how the post helped you out. Sometimes I send them a rep along with the post explaining why their thread made my day. Good point!

Exactly my point! I try to leave rep whenever a post is helpful, just to brighten someone's day.
It's always nice to know that you helped out.

Okay, thanks so much, still! I get a little bit annoyed when people just say sorry or thanks, because what's the point of posting if you don't really add to a conversation, it's not really helping anybody.
