Thank you Pounder, I think we all needed that reminder. In so many places I see people being impatient (I am guilty of this as well). I think we all need to be reminded, that everybody posts at their own rate, everybody understands things at their own rate. If we didn't then we'd all be the same and that'd be kinda boring! As for members with special needs it is really important that you try and help them understand if they are lost or confused.

Thanks for the reminder!

With Learning Challenges, WI already his one of the priorities in place.
Eye Contact.
Patience
Kindness
These are 3 very important issues in working with a learning process.
As said previously we all learn at different levels and paces
I work with different levels; of learning possibilities children, too
It is very gratifying to see an achievement reached, both for me
and the child.
I myself have just started the gratifying process of learning extensive
computer training. Many of the WI's have helped immensely in this
process.
So see we all have something to learn at all times. It is a continual
process.
Thank you pounder for this thread.

This is a wonderful reminder to everyone.
You should always treat someone like you would like to be treated.
Just stop and think before you post.
Thanks for the thread Pounder!

Thanks, Pounder! I never really thought of about that. Thank you for reminding me that not everyone is the same. I don't really lose my temper over someone on wi, but now I know not to when I'm about to. Thanks!

I just want to hug you for bringing this to everyone's attention! Thank you SO much! We need to just take a deep breath and count to 10 sometimes before making a bad decision! And, like you said, sometimes the person on the other end doen't even understand why you're upset.
Thank you again! :]
