I've got maybe 2 minutes to reply--kids coming home from school--I'll try to reply more often when I read a thread, from now on. Sometimes though It's difficult when all you hear is "mommy,___? Mommy, ___"
I'm going to try to go back to some threads I've read and make a post--when it's quieter. Thanks for the tip. I'm newer to WI. Not computer savvy either.
Good point. I don't start many threads... I am more of a lurker....LOL, except for my GE, but on the few threads that I did start I really appreciated the responses. Making a thread on WI is a bit like walking into a crowded room and saying "hello" and if nobody answers back you could feel really horrible. I know that we have very friendly, helpful members here but it is easy to get too busy to post when you read a thread. I like the idea of offering lots of support to members who make the effort to start a thread....(and me a lurker... but I do tend to post on slow threads because I want to support someone who isn't getting a lot of posts).
I post threads that have 50 views and if it's something I need done or if I need to know how to do something, it makes me upset because I know at least one of those people knew how to do it, but they didn't bother helping.
