Default I think all members should be allowed to modify their posts... They now can! The Thread That Started The Idea!

Why is is only Gifted members? A lot of Webkinz members have Avvie shops that they need to modify!
Update: Thanks Justin! He made it possible! So now all of us can edit posts!

I agree, the need for modifying posts is big. I know I make so many typos, or think of something extra to add after I hit submit. I would die without my modify button, I don't know how you guys manage without!

Like right now is one of those moments that I need to add something.

A mod wrote this once. They said that Gifted members had an immediate need to modify so that they can update their list. They had a problem with Webkinz and lil' kinz modifying their posts to take out what the mods had written (like when a post breaks a rule, a mod edits in royal blue.)

To my understanding, everyone at some point in the past could edit their posts on their own.....but it became a problem when people were editing their posts that mods/admins had posted on....Which is an enormous no-no. When the ability was abused in this manner, the privilege was taken away and only given to those members that are GT's or above.

lol ~ Lily you must have been posting that while I was typing! hehe

So, maybe they could make it so you couldn't edit anything in red or blue ink.
