I can log into my account, but every time I go to the Curio Shop I get kicked off. Anyone else having this problem?

I am sorry we are not informed of things going on, I too messed with my computer yesterday afternoon, Grandson (6) was so upset) This is out first month, 3 Webkins including the POM...and ever since we have not been able to hardly do anything with POM stuff as it is always ******* up. I have 2 POM sitting here for Dec...and am now sorry I have them. This is not a free site, and it should work better than what it does, my goodness...
The POM cost $16.00 plus tax in this area...so now I have 5 and can't do anything about it and the stores will not take them back. How sad...
We lost items trying to place them in rooms, and not having wheels work etc is depressing. I get letters back saying it is our fault...sigh...not good at all...we are going to just move on to something else.

i agree, i have beenvery frustrated with Ganz for quite awhile and it seems as if they don't keep anyone informed. Just the same issue with naming the rooms, it is totally ridiculous, how do they epect children to find their animals by simply dog, cat, etc. and then they shut it down in the middle of the day and the smaller children don't stay up late to play. I have quit buying animals after 140 plus and no help from Ganz. they need to fix all their problems.

I just checked my daughter's account, and got the dreaded green screen. She didn't even get to try to do the WOTM last night. Mine didn't work, but I've heard a few did. Is it me or are the glitches getting more and more frequent and lasting longer?

I'm having the same issue. No luck last night and still, this morning... I feel even worse as I have trades pending :/ It's definitely lasting longer though... *sighs* I hope no damage is done because that'll really be the salt on the wound.

I am now getting the message that the site is down for maintaince. Maybe Christmas items will be available and maybe some of the glitches will be solved.

Today,I was able to logg in but only be able to do the pet care it said I only visited today,but indeed I have feed my 22pets daily even when it was down last 15 days.. they say they are working on it...Be patient I even try to sign in after the tour just in case..
