Default Help! Contacting Help

Today I put some items in the sell area of the W Shop. Just to see how much I would get for them. I pulled them back. One was the Eygptian Table that was exclusive today. Well, I left the W Shop and they were gone and I sold them without wanting too. I need to contact Ganz and get this resolved. Anyone know how I can do that. I go to the contact us section and they do not have a place that I can find to fully explain my problem. So how do I type a message to the help desk?

You can also call them at 1-800 Webkinz. Please keep in mind they are not available on weekends. I hope everything turns out okay!

um u probably wont get it back i no it is sad
but most people wont get there items bac so sorry about that! but it is called a rare not a exclusives u can go to webkinz.com and probably find the e-mail.

Like XIC said, I don't think you can get them back. =[ In the future, if you check the price of something, exit out of the w-shop. Don't click SELL. If you really do want to sell something after you check the price of something else, exit the w-shop by clicking the X and go back into it to sell =]

There has been various members who have had this problem. I think you might have to drag the items back, or click the x.... I believe this returns the items back to you.

There isn't much that Ganz can do. Justin has created a thread though, because Ganz has asked that you write down what and when you lost the item. This is to help them fix it.

Unfortunately this has happened to me. Priced an item then removed it from the box it showed back in the dock area and then I was booted off and the item disappeared. Please until they resolve this issue don't try this to get prices. Ganz told me nothing they could do about it.......sorry..

This is exactly what happened to me. I got booted off and logged back on and I lost my items. Made me mad because I just bought the Eygptian table and it was expensive. I will email Ganz, but upset because nothing will probably happen.

there is a glitch that deletes items when you put it on the "Sell" page . if you call the # already posted and get a real person, they'll help you unless, of course, you say, "I ACCIDENTALLY SOLD THEM" then they will say, "too bad, so sad".
