There is no set number of packs to open in order to get the car. You have to get all of the virtual challenge cards 15 out of 15 and then you will unlock the TC convertible. In order to get your cards in the binder (well of course, you need to place the binder in your room first) you just drag a pack of cards into your room and it will open a window and show you what 5 cards you got. Once you close the window, they are in your binder automatically.
BTW, it did take a lot of virtual packs to get all 15 challenge cards and open the car. But on a good note it seems to be the first prize most get to open...
It takes a whole lot of virtural packs to get the car......To do the binder, go to the W Shop and look under games and you can buy the binder for 100 kinzcash. Place it in your room. Then to open the virtural cards packs you just bring the cards to your room and it automatically put it in your binder.
To be honest, it's much better to get yourself gifted in the exchange here on WI if your not already and then find someone who has it and wants to trade. You will save tonsssssssssssssss of real money that way! Hope that helps! Kayeray
