I strongly suggest calling instead of emailing, or emailing and calling. I say this because I've had items disappear several times before--clearly and positively due to website glitches, and not because I "shared my password" etc. etc. --Ganz's first and foremost response is to blame the user, but no one knows my password, not even my daughter who I do Webkinz with! (Plus she just doesn't have the cognitive abilities even to navigate a computer yet.)
Honestly I let my "lost" items go because I knew I'd never get anywhere with Ganz, but when I lost one of our PSI's because Webkinz automatically logged me out while I was moving it, I was absolutely livid ! I immediately emailed Ganz with all the details and I have yet to hear back from them or have them restore my missing item...and this was over a month ago. I constantly kick myself for not calling them immediately after it happened.
I know that they are ignoring me because just before this incident, I emailed them about some "floating" and "stuck" items in my rooms and they fixed it within a couple hours. I was shocked they responded so quickly! So when it comes to missing items, they can blame the user and ignore it, but when it's an out-and-out website glitch they can't shrug off, then they fix it.
