You could fill out the form for missing items in the Customer Support page, or to get help immediatly you could call Ganz.

I strongly suggest calling instead of emailing, or emailing and calling. I say this because I've had items disappear several times before--clearly and positively due to website glitches, and not because I "shared my password" etc. etc. --Ganz's first and foremost response is to blame the user, but no one knows my password, not even my daughter who I do Webkinz with! (Plus she just doesn't have the cognitive abilities even to navigate a computer yet.)

Honestly I let my "lost" items go because I knew I'd never get anywhere with Ganz, but when I lost one of our PSI's because Webkinz automatically logged me out while I was moving it, I was absolutely livid ! I immediately emailed Ganz with all the details and I have yet to hear back from them or have them restore my missing item...and this was over a month ago. I constantly kick myself for not calling them immediately after it happened.

I know that they are ignoring me because just before this incident, I emailed them about some "floating" and "stuck" items in my rooms and they fixed it within a couple hours. I was shocked they responded so quickly! So when it comes to missing items, they can blame the user and ignore it, but when it's an out-and-out website glitch they can't shrug off, then they fix it.

I wish you the best with calling, Ganz customer support is not one of the best.

Please check this thread out and fill out a report. It will not get you your items back, but it only takes a few minutes, and it will help prevent others from losing their items to the same glitch you lost your too.

I would definetly suggest calling them instead of emailing ganz.

The emails I have sent over the same problem was never returned.

Unfortunately alot of people have had this happen to them, and since the item is exclusive, Ganz generally says that there is nothing they can do.

There is a big thread promoted to helping Ganz identify this glitch, but as they say, no items will be returned. Sorry for your loss, that exclusive is one of my favorites.

You could always post lots and be helpful and eventually do the gift exchange. Hopefully you will find another one. Good luck!
