Default Help?

Ok, I just adopted my newest webkinz Ruby. Since she is my tenth pet, I got to packages to open in my room. Well, the exclusive I got (ice cream tree) dissapeared when webkinz was having errors or something. Now it's gone. It's happened before, but I really wanted to keep the tree. Is there anything I can do? The customer help page or whatever it is says that somebody was on my account yada yada yada. But it was because of their difficulties. Help!

I'm not sure Ganz will/do anything about this. I think you should try to email them. Maybe they will do something. Hope I helped.

This has happened to me once before. I lost my daredevil bed. I called, but, seeing as it was exclusive they coulnd't help me. Maybe, you oculd try calling. It's your best bet.

I have a young neighbour who had most of her "good" things in her dock - bed boxes, superbeds, purple lava, ... - and they all disappeared. They were not taken by anyone except Ganz. Ganz acknowledged that this was "a glitch" but refused to replace them. I sent e-mails, called, and sent letters - no help and no action.

I wish you better luck than I had on my neighbour's behalf.
