Smile Healthy Habits and WI *Now five stars!*

Hey yall

just wanted to remind everyone- its summer and theres no school. its warm (sometimes cold) and sunny (sometimes rainy), but its always to to get some excersice and spend time with Family. Im not telling you not to come one Wi, (lets face it, we all LOVE WI) but sometimes is nice to teak a break, for example getting active, playing outside, and spending time with the ones you love. Its not healthy to sit at the computer all day- when you can be doing this. WI is a website, and will most likely always be here.
I remember on fourth of july, my mother invited some people over for a picnik. The only time i saw them was when i ate. The rest of the time i was here on the DCT. I had over 320 posts. and my family missed me.
This summer i didnt go to the pool as often as i used to. I was on WI alot. When I finally went to the pool, my family said how much they missed me. Whenever they saw me, i was talking online to all my friends.

So you see- its not very healthy to stay online all day long. Why not take a break or limit your time online?

Good idea! I myself have been on WI quite a lot lately, but I am going outside more often.

I made a thread very much like this one and I totally agree! We can ALL manage our time here and I mean this may be just me but I always feel really kinda gross after being cooped up at the computar all day eating junk food it just doesn't make me feel good. But when you run outside and be as crazy as you want to be it make me feel really good! Its a lot healthier too!

Great thread! I have my own scedule (SP?) for the computer, I go on for about an hour or an hour and a half in the morning, then I give myself about an hour on the computer around 9.
