Default Re: Graphic Gurus & Recipe Solvers- What do you think?

Good idea, but not very practical.
So would people have multiple titles? For example, I am a gift guru and I have also solved one recipe. So has cocoabean, another gift guru. Would we have to choose which title we want most? Or would we have two titles? It's just too complicated for mods/admins. They are busy enough as it is.
Now if there were another way to distinguish between non-recipe solvers and recipe-solvers, then I think it would be a marvelous idea.

Oh and also I have to agree with what someone else said...there really have not been that many people who have solved a recipe. There are many different ways to honor people on WI with titles, and that would just take too much time. I think that there are other ways to distinguish these people.

I see what your saying... Maybe we would have to choose which title we wanted to use or maybe we could only have one of those jobs..

Well, I don't know how often you visit the recipe thread (check it out, it's like a constant DCT! ) but we kind of know amongst ourselves who's who. I guess I'm trying to say that if we do things like solve recipes or make graphics, we might put stuff like that in our signatures. Check out monkeecj's for instance! But awesome idea, I bet it would help a lot of WI members!

I see what your going at, and I think its a good idea, but do we really need those? I think WI's Avatar and Signature shops and/or schools would be enough...

As for your 2nd idea, I feel the same way- Many members would like to be recognized on WI's Home Page, and if there was only certain members who could conduct the recipes, they wouldn't be given credit for their work.

Thanks for posting!
