I got a reply from webkinz support about the

"Problem with the buy button, and coupons missing with extra clicks" that I posted about a few days ago. I wrote them about this problem and asked if they knew why this might be happening and their reply was:
Hello,
Thank you for your question. You have discovered a problem with your account.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have forwarded your information to our technical wizards and they are in the process of fixing the problem.

So they must have found the same problem.
They wrote be back in two days!

that is funny. i emailed them yesterday about the mouse pad codes and i got the same letter in return. at least the are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it.

Hi Grace!! How've you been?

I just picked up 2 of the mouse pads yesterday, but I haven't entered them yet. Wesley's birthday is next Thursday (20th) and they're for him. Did you have a problem with your codes like lots of other people did? I'm kinda worried about entering them....

Hmm. A while back, when we had problems adopting our hippo, thats the same reply we got back. >> it took them like a month to fix it.

Well I'm still hopeful, at least I did get a response? I have faith, that in time, they'll fix my glitch.
