I'm sooo sorry that happened to you. You'll get a response to that e-mail... it may take awhile though with all the Christmas surge. They'll give you a number to call and a case # as well. Hang in there... it'll get better!

I am really sorry.
There have been some problems with making new accounts since everyone swarmed WW on Christmas. The servers crashed and, Well, everything went downhill from there.
Items started dissapearing, Webkinz not getting rooms, items not showing up in dock, Kinzpost not working, etc.
All you can do is hope that it starts working soon, or try and fight that mad rush to call Ganz or email them.
I suggest you call them instead of email them. If you call them you get immediate help.

It's not always like this. The servers crashed because to many people got on at Christmas, and that was the first time the servers have crashed. Glitches spread around WW after that crash, and well, that ruined everything.
Hopefully everything gets better soon and you get your gifts and items.

it wasn't just you. i adopted a turtle and i have all the "goodies" in my dock . i can see i have a turtle in my pet area with his name but i am yet to see a turtle on screen. two of my rooms are locked up and will not open in which two have pets in them. not sure if the turtle is one of those rooms. i wrote to ganz. that is the first step and report something stuck or missing ... then you should get a letter that is computer generated back ... i will give them the 1-3 days as stated in the letter... then i call and call and leave tons of messages. it has worked well in the past . as an owner of almost 90 pets i have only had a problem once when they were flooded with POTM and they made that right with all of the owners it just took a little time. maybe i am from another generation but i see computers are computers and they are not perfect and they got flooded ... the company will want to make this right with all the owners. frustrating as it is just keep on top of it and don't let them forget you.

Thanks reading my vent and giving me the phone number and advice. I realize computers have glitches its just so frustrating when they don't work! Having an hysterical 7 year old didn't help either.
