Hmm. Good point.

I usually only say yes if they're actually my friend, because there's no point in having some random person on your friends' list, if you don't know them.

I'd rather have 43 really close friends (and I do), rather than 172 random friends, that you don't even know, and just said yes to. Just my opinion.

LOL, so if you do look on my friends list, a lot of them are Twilighters, because I chat with them a lot. And the others, I still talk to.

I like the idea of only having my friends. Alot of times, people can see who you are friends with when they visit your profile. I would rather have them see my actual friends and not just random members. You had a great idea though Manatee

I agree with you to an extent. While if I know and recognize a person I consider it courteous to accept, but if I don't remember having seen someone before, then there's really no point in accepting, unless they've left you a message or something along with the request. I only accept it if it's someone I've seen.

I usually accept.

Just to be nice if I know them even. But usually before I accept, I get to know them. I talk to them. It's easy to just say hi once and not ever talk. Most of the people on myf riends list are people I've talked to.

I agree, it is nice to say yes, but if you do not know them it is just fine to say no...

I accept most of the time, but sometimes it seems like people just want to have as many friends as they can, and you were chosen at random.

Well..I'm pretty new to WI so I usually say yes... If we stay in touch and pm each other or post on the same threads. We'll stay friends..After a while if you don't see or hear from them..then just take them off your list..That is my opinion...
