I am getting kind of tired of people doing this to posts:
This post Quack Quack made explains what you are asking.
It is almost as bad as quoting someone's response and nothing else.
I just want to suggest to people not to do that, because it is kind of rude, and annoys the person who made the original post.
@QQ... did this happen to you on the same thread, close to your post?
I, personally, do not like it when others do this. I may reinforce what someone posted (such as: This post Quack Quack made explains what you are asking. Without hitting the quote button.) But I only do that if I strongly believe what was posted and if there aren't already a handful of similar posts.
It makes a thread difficult to go through if everybody keeps posting the exact same ideas, without any additional insight that hadn't been posted earlier in the same thread.
Add: If someone makes a post that I agree with and cannot reinforce or add anything, I rep that post instead.
