Well...I don't agree. Wouldn't the poll maker be at fault? They are the ones who put that option. Like someone said, they should be prepared. You can't just get mad when someone chooses an option that YOU put on YOURself.

But again I do see where you're going with this thread, good point, but I just don't agree.

I think that it is good that voters have a choice that they can pick. Like the "Amymt Only." If you put up a poll saying "What pet should I get?" The poller needs to look at the results, but doesn't want to click any of them because they don't know what to pick. So, they should have a choice that they, and only them, would choice that. I think that people shouldn't pick that choice.

But I do think that if the pollers put it there, then they should be ready when people pick it.

I agree. It's kinda the poll makers fault if they get upset about if someone clicks a certain option. I mean like if the poll maker didn't want someone to click that option then they shouldn't have put it up! When i make polls i try to keep the option short. For example:
Do you like my new avvie?
So, see what I mean. Or, also if a poll maker put something like "No, I HATE IT!" as one of the options and not have a "No." then if someone just doesn't like the avvie, but don't hate it then the poll maker could think that they really hate it! So, if they would of put a simple no, then they wouldn't be upset. I'm sorry this post was really confusing!xD
I think people shouldn't really put those options on that poll if it would upset them in any way. But if the person puts up that option, It's hard not to expect one person to vote for that.... But my golden rule is for people to always polite, and I know that these type of options can result in someone's feelings getting hurt. So, I think people shouldn't put up those options, or if that option is up and you voted for that, don't write what you voted for in a rude way...
i see your point, but it's the poll-makers choice and we just shouldn't whine if someone chooses that option...but i put it there because I like to know other's opinions incase they bring up a good point on something i could change :-)
see there's really two sides to the story...its all in how you look at it: Glass half full or half emptY?
I still think that the poll maker shouldn't even put that option....
