Default Re: Deleted Notification

Hey everybody. Thanks for responding. The reason why I posted this because that I had a few threads deleted and I didn't get any explanation. I'm not complaining or anything, because I'm sure that they are INCREDIBLY busy, I just thought this would be a good feature so that more members were satisfied and it would be easier for them and maybe make their jobs a bit easier.

Default Re: Deleted Notification

Is it practical to send PMs to 20 or 30 (or more) folks who participate in a deleted thread?

Send a PM to only the thread starter? I'll bet that most threads that get deleted have nothing to do with the initial post; they get heated later on.

Finally, I've been around this Internet long enough, and I am sure folks know exactly ... EXACTLY ... why threads get deleted. It's just an automatic response to come back with an innocent 'Bbbbbut why?'

I don't participate much here, so I I haven't seen any deleted threads at all. If, however, a mod would show me a thread that was deleted, it would take me <=30 seconds to point out the spot where the thread became offensive to warrant deletion. And I'll bet a day's pay that 99% of you folks would point to the same place as I within that same 30 seconds.
