I was just thinking, after one of my threads was deleted, it would be good to have something to notify you why. For example, if a staff member went to delete it, they'd have to fill out a box that would be PMed to you explaining why it was deleted. This could help in many ways. For one, it could help members from making threads that would get deleted because they could learn from their mistakes. It would also help the staff from getting so many PMs asking about mysteriously deleted threads.
Well, thanks for reading! I'd love it if you'd leave your opinion.
I don't start all that many threads, but I don't think I have ever been notified. I think that would be a good idea, especially for those that do start lots of threads. If your thread gets deleted and you don't know why, than it would be great to know.
An automated system would be nice for the staff and members, it would be easy to send the form letter for the staff and would let the member know why or what not to do next time a thread was created. Good idea.
