i think that, yes, this is a gaming and toy website but it is an expensive one that a lot of people are paying money on an ongoing basis to keep playing. i don't believe any other gaming or kids sites cost this much to play. i mean, think about it... i alone have 8 wk and a few trading cards and a handful of charms... the amount of money on that alone is way more that what other gaming sites would cost to play for a year.
there's nothing wrong with voicing your opinion and BBB might be a good avenue for it.. i dont know because i've never dealt with them. i would seriously have a problem if wk responds by shutting you out or cancelling your account. that's just not good business at all, no matter what!
my personal beef is the shutting down every night issue... i dont understand how they can justify shutting it down for maintenance when there are millions of other websites out there that rarely shut down for updates and/or maintenance... look at google... have you ever seen google.com shut down? they have updates everyday and millions of people use it... but they never shut down that i know of..
you would think that all the money that is feeding into ganz because of webkinz, that they could afford to hire only the best computer programers and beef up their customer service so they're available to 'service their customers'!!!
