Smothie's Guide To Being A Helpful Member
Ok one way to be a helpful memeber is to mark threads as "Solved" when you are done with them.
Have you posted in "Somebody Help!" section? Or anyother section that you needed an answer? When your answer is solved please mark the thread as solved, then mods will know to delete it. Here are the directions:
at the top of your thread, go to "thread tools"
press the "mark this thread as solved"
Your thread will close and a [solved] icon will appear before the title! THis tip will help save people time and make the forum much cleaner.
Re: ClIcK HeRe To FiNd A wAy ThAt WiLl HeLp AlL tHe MoDs/ AdMiNs
Thank you--that's a great suggestion. One thing that I would ask people NOT to do is to delete questions once they are solved. Often, I will run across a thread where the first post has been modified to say "never mind--got the answer." It is helpful to mark threads as solved, but it is also helpful to keep the initial question as is, because othres in teh future may have the same question and may want to refer to your thread. Thanks!!
