While this a good suggestion, there are few things you can do:
1. Make sure caps lock isn't on when your typing in your username.
2. When typing your password look down or be careful to avoid shift (if you need shift there is one under "enter") 3. On most keyboards there is a little light that goes on when you have on caps lock.. There is usually 3 lights.. ScrLk, Number Lock, Caps Lock. Caps Lock usually have a captial a in a box. If the light above it is on, it means caps lock is on.
I do realize the light, but on my computer, I usually don't look, because I memorized the letters, and sometimes I nudge the key.
It takes me some time to figure out I have Caps Lock until I actually look. XD
I think that Badena2 is talking about accidentally hitting Caps Lok while changing your password to a new one, from the context of their post (never getting into your email again).
When changing your password, it makes sense to type carefully because any typo could make it impossible to get into your program again; not just Caps Lok but any reversed letters, etc. Most of the time when you put in your new password, you have to type it in twice to spot these kinds of problems.
These precautions should be sufficient to prevent problems, at least with passwords since you can't see the password as you type it. For normal typing, as in writing a post, you should see right away if you've switched to Caps Lok. Re-read your post before you submit your reply.
