Thats never happened to me. I am having one problem with one item, my disco ball is stuck in one place in the center of my room. I cannot move it. But i can move everything else in my room. guess i gotta call ganz.
I was in touch with tech support about a Link'd game stuck on a table. You could move the table but not it. Yesterday Link'd showed up in my dock so I figured YEA! they fixed it, no today it is stuck again.
Sometimes its a temporary glitch but if it there for more than 2 weeks like my egyptian vase was out of the room for that period of time! I would call Ganz they will help you and and thats what they are there for best of luck have a good day
Well, it's a little bit of a relief to know I'm not alone.
My daughter had a couch placed in her Science room, but you could only sit one Webkinz on it (you're supposed to be able to sit two, side by side).
And when we tried to remove the couch, it would not budge. I called Ganz, and the representative removed the couch for us.
But now, there is this "dead" spot where the couch used to be. We can't make her Webkinz even step onto that one square. We're afraid to place any furniture on there, because we just know it'll get stuck there again, just as the couch had been.
Here's a screenshot of it:
We cannot make a Webkinz step on the highlighted square, and if we place a piece of furniture on it, it'll get stuck, never to be removed again.
That "dead" square is driving me crazy!
I wonder if customer service would be able to do anything about it.
I had to leave a message when I called. I received a return call the following day. The person I spoke to, by the way, was very friendly. So, that's one positive. However, I did not notice (until after we got off the phone) that there was a "dead" spot that remained. Very frustrating. *sigh*
