What's Up xx PINK xx,

Bump is when somebody is maybe bored and they just decided to Bump there threads or if they want more people on their threads they "bump it up" to get more attention. Because if people see that their is a lot of posts they want to go see it and it's popular. Good Luck posting!

Bump means:
Bump
Up
My
Post

People use it to bump their threads up to the first page
Recently the staff has announced that BUMPing is not going to be allowed at all times....this is because some people were going around to random threads and bumping them up just to get more posts. The staff asks that you try to keep it mainly in the Gift Exchange. If you have information or something inportant you would like to bump up, it will be okay, but they have to draw the line somewhere

Here is a post that Justin made that explains it:

Quote:
Bumping your own threads for an answer to a question, or if you've added rooms to your house etc etc is perfectly fine, we understand those.

What we don't want to see is users just going on random threads in random forums, bumping any old thread for no reason, other than to increase their post counts.
