Default Avatar and Signature shops, please make your titles clear

Ok, I am not trying to be rude. But I just went to Avatar and Signature forum. And Most of the titles said something along these lines. " Magical Graphics by Jason " (completely made up my myself. I don't own a shop)
I would really love to see what you offer in your title. At least some of the stuff you offer.

Example.
Magical Graphics by Jason, I make Signature, Avatars, Banners, Ect.

I know not all shops offer the same thing. I think it would help when you are looking for a shop.

Owners do this because:
1] Long titles can be a drag, and it's easier to read 3 quick words.
2] The element of surprise is key in a shop. People want you to click on a title, so what they do is not explain what they have, so you'll be surprised when you go inside.

I don't think this is needed, sorry.

i don't think this is necessary either. (:
if a shop is in the a/s section, you can assume they are making avatars and signatures or other graphics.

I agree with the posters above me. I like cool, short and simple titles. It doesn't take too long to skim the shop and see the different forms and/or examples

I can see both sides of this.

If you want to find a shop that makes a specific graphic you are looking for, then yes, it would be easier to find what you are looking for, since it's in the title. PLUS, it will save the customers a lot of time.

Whereas, short titles that only have the graphic name and graphic maker does not state what they make. You need to scroll through that shop and see if they have what you are looking for. But, scrolling through a shop sometimes can also present an element of surprise. Perhaps you were looking for something but didn't know the name? Scrolling through a shop, you can see the examples, and BAM! Now you know what that graphic is called.

Conclusion: I think that shop owners have a choice to do what they want to their titles (or in this case, what to put in it).

Many thanks for reading, and I am terribly sorry that this is so long, LOL

I think this is kind of a good suggestion. I understand that some users may want a short title, but maybe they could "advertise" one of two of their original graphic types (i.e. iPod touch backgrounds, ect.) ? Then the customers looking for that type of graphic could find what they want easier.

I agree with Price. While I like the longer titles when I'm looking for something specific, when I don't really know what I want, the shorter titles are just as good.

Its an ok Idea, but graphics shops are graphics shops. They all pretty much offer the same thing. I can't disagree with you though either, because look at the title of me and labs shop. xD
☮ էհε ցɾεმէ ցօօցlεʂ ցɾმրհἶƈʂ ʂհօր *ჩყ νἶօlεէ & ʝεllყ ☮ We offer Sprites, Video Avvies, Banners, All the Basics, and More!

We just added the stuff in our shop that many other shops don't have. Its just sort of advertising, whether people chose to do that or not, its up to them. I like browsing shops to see what they offer, I don't mind seeing what they have in the titles.

(sorry, for some reason I couldn't un-bold that last paragraph)
