You can already speak rather freely on the forums.

But even if age group forums were implemented, what would stop a 10 year old from signing up as a 15 year old? Or an adult from signing up as a child? (Which could create a false sense of trust and security - you'd assume you were speaking with someone your age, which would allow you to let your guard down. That's when personal info and subtle details slip out, making it easy for someone to identify you.)
