Thanks for the tips! Here's what I do so I'm still productive:
I open another web page and make it smaller and to the right. Then while I'm typing on WI or checking my email I can still see a snowflake and click it.

More suggestions:

It helps to have a dark background on whatever you're doing in Webkinz World so you can see that snowflake go by.

Snowflakes can go behind some kinds of windows, so be sure to watch for that. I had something open, I think it was kinzpost, and the snowflake went behind it. I had to close it quick to get the snowflake.
