Default An Adult/Kid Button

I think there should be a button to tell if someone is an adult or a kid. For one reason sometimes I think that someone is a kid and I ask them about school, but they were actullay an adult and don't go to school! It could be by your avvie and say K or A. K for kid and A for adult. Let me know if you agree or disagree.

That could almost seem kinda personal and risky, but I see what your saying. Some children may not want to share if they are a child or an adult, and it could scare them if you ask (depending on their age)

That might be a little to personal, the bad adults could slip things out of kids easier than they could out of other kids.
But thanks for the thought!

That may be too personal but there isn't a guarentee that all adults will say they're adults. They may say they're kids and not be. If you're talking to a kid, or someone you think is a kid, you usually think of them as safe. Not always, people don't always act who they are.

This could be a little personal, and also some people could fake that they were kids/adults.

Seperating the kids from the adults make the kids more susceptible to predators. First of all, predators know right where to look for kid bloggers and no adult supervision to regulate them.

I think this is an alright idea, but think for the safety of the very small kids.
But can't you already tell if I'm an adult or kid by the way I talk(type?),
and in fact, any other user? I find younger kids type in short, choppy sentences with
little or no puncuation. Teens will type in full sentences with a little text talk, and adults
might type long, 500 word paragraphs. See my point? It is a good idea,
but it might not be safe, and you can tell already

Ummm, well maybe that's not the best idea....

Because more online preditors would be able to find out which members were kids. It's just not as safe.

It isn't a bad idea, but nowdays you never know who's on the web.
