Default [SOLVED] What does this mean?

In some people's posts, where I think there is supposed to be a picture posted, I see only a little square box with an "X" inside it. What does this mean? And is there a way I can see the picture posted instead of the box with an "X"? Thanks.

Default Re: What does this mean?

That means there was a problem with how they loaded the picture, or that your computer can't read the image.
The only thing you can do (that I know of) is to ask the poster to re-post the picture.
Hope this helps!

Thanks. It's probably the 2nd thing, since it's on a LOT of posts. I have no idea how to fix it.

It means that there is a problem with the way the piture was uploaded, taken, ect. Or it may be your computer reading it wrong.

I used to get this all the time. It could be that if you are running on an old computer, you may need to update your software.

Not to get too technical, but pictures are saved in RGB color (Red, Green, and Black), or CMYK color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). I think this web site uses RGB, but the pictures being uploaded might have been CMYK.

???

I am just telling you what you've already heard - Your computer may be old and you may need to update your software.

Sometimes it'll do that for me, but it works 99% of the time. =]
