Absolutely call, especially about the missing exclusives on your brother's account (first email)... they will "return" them to you, and you get to pick what exclusive you want... I dealt with them just last week about the same issue and the CS could not have been nicer. She also unstuck a couple of things for me, so they might do it for you while you are talking to them about the other account, but they don't need to talk to you to unstick things... there is a form under the customer service stuff that you can fill out and they will eventually get around to unsticking things for you. If you are under 18, explain things to your folks, because they won't talk to anyone under 18. I called last Wednesday and got a call back in about 90 minutes or so. Hope that helped a little.
