Default [SOLVED] Webkinz Customer Support Question

Hey, I have sent 2 complaints to customer support. One is for my account because a glittering christmas tree got stuckin my room. The other was an adoption question for my brother's account. He adopted 2 webkinz on the same day and didn't get the exclusive pet item, a bio, a birthday, and an adoption gift for either. So far my problem has been fixed, but I have gotten 2 very unspecific emails. My brother's problem has not been fixed, though, so I need to know what the next step is. Here are the 2 emails I was sent from customer support and I need to know which one is which.

Those are automated emails. If you reply to them, you might start to get a real answer. Just make sure you hit the reply button, not start a new email.

Sorry, I meant to say that for the one where they tell you to call, then call. If they tell you to email them, then email them. You are just going to have to figure out which account is which.
