I was just checking out the sites katelyn uses on the computer. When I logged into webkinzinsider an ad was at the bottom of the home screen that had bikini clad women in suggestive posture with little play icons on them. This is completely inappropriate for a children's website! Can someone who actually makes the advertising decisions for this website please reply and tell me if this is actually an approved advertisement or not. If it is not a mistake, I will have to ban this site from the children's lists. I really do not want them exposed to suggestive things at this age. Thank you for your time. Lara Z.
Greatlake, I haven't seen the ad, and have not read all the posts but this bothers me from what I have read, as my grandkids are small, they are here everyday and we all get on our laptops.......this is quite disappointing. I think you should PM a moderator or admin about this. They can surely take care ofit and give some sort of answer. I am sure that Justin or Wendy hasn't seen it or maybe is in the process of correcting it. This way youcan go stright to the source. I hope this helps and thank you for the warning. They do their very best to keep this site safe for children, I would be interested in what you find out........thank you.

They may be able to fix it.....alot of time those are ads that help pay for the site and if that is the case, they would have some control over it. I know that they would never approve of something like this on a kid's site.........no matter what age!!!

When I logged on to WI----three hoursago----everyone was talking about this ad!
I'd venture to say that: A--most children are not looking for ads when they log on to WI; they are interested in finding their friends, reading the threads, and posting about their WEBKINZ.
and B: I've never seen the ad with the bikini clad woman, but I have a very strong suspicion that any ad on WI, could not possibly be worse than the commercials on television, or indeed most of the television shows that most children are allowed to watch.
Great job to all those who suggested we should ignore it.
I have located the urls on some inaporpriate ads. We are currently in the process of blocking them. Anytime you see an inapropriate ad please let an admin or mod know and we will have them removed ASAP.
