Well im glad you asked! Its when webkinz is too crowded or when they are adding things to it. It will be this way for about another week because of Christmas.And welcome to WI!

That's because of Christmas since people get lots of webkinz for Christmas too many register and then there is glitches and things that happen to slow down the process of adopting too many at a time.

I would give it another day and if you still have no luck try calling them. ,The number is 866-WEB-KINZ. They are open during business hours (8 or 9am until 5pm eastern time). I. You'll probably have to leave a voice mail, but from what I hear they do return the calls rather quickly (within 24 hours). I wouldn't email them because they take to long to reply

Oh....I did see someone else post that switching from Internet Explorer to Firefox did the trick for them, but I don't know if it would work for everyone.
I did that and the other way around.. I ahd to do half and half.. it does help..

The Final Word......

Webkinz support called me today. They fixed the problem. As it turns out, when 3 of my sons pets were adopted, their rooms were not created. When you first load a pet, it starts in "My Room." Since there was no room, it caused the error and exited the program. The support person was not able to create the rooms, so they moved the 3 pets into existing rooms and added 3000 KC to buy three rooms.

So, if this exact thing happens to you, you'll likely need Webkinz help to resolve it.
