Thank you so much for reporting on this. Since my computer is so slow, I thought it locked up and I was the only one who missed out on the wheel and the survey. Thanks for letting me know I wasn't alone.
And I think that we WERE the test group of users on this one. We got to find out that the surveys don't work yet. Ganz, I think we have a problem...
I logged in and out 3 times trying to get me spins on the wheel of deluxe. I tried everything, saying yes to take the survey, saying no, closing the window. Never got my spin. Brings me back to my main point and the inspiration for a new signature.

You can't tell me that the big wigs at Ganz don't have kids who get everything they want free. So either their kids don't complain enough, or Ganz just really doesn't care. Just my opinion.

Thanks for posting the story- I thought it was a problem with my computer- I guess we will see if the survey is on american accounts today when the time comes to spin the wheel of deluxe- hhopefully they have it fixed and we can see it--
My family and I really like the new Wheel of Deluxe. It is one of the first things we check in the morning to see what time it is and plan our day to make sure we get home for it. Today for us it is from 3-4 mid day when everthing is happenening and my son wants to come home early from the pool just to do it . With everyone in the family we can spin 6 times. I plan to call ganz and see if they have fixed it or what they say. Well....not sure if I should write this but I will. I just got of the phone with Ganz and of course this is only talking to 1 rep. but he had NO IDEA of what I was talking about with this glitch. I told him to put me on hold and try to find out. He finally did came back and said they will look into it and wanted to know where I heard this from. I told them WI and he acually said to me "we do not support what is said on that website" I am really mad about that. And I am upset that once again the reps have no idea what is happening. Do they not send out notices to the reps before their shifts?? He said for me to only call back if there is a problem with my account. I believe what everyone here is saying that we wish that they would test things out BEFORE they release new things. We all love new things and look forward to them and we have the right to be upset when things do not go right. We all spend alot of money and time on our accounts and even thou I am a mother and writing this I have 2 sons that get very upset and remember this was sopose to be a kids game and everyone knows that small children do not understand these glitches. Sorry to be long just wanted to vent.
