I havn't been able to go on Webkinz for 2 full days!! And Ganz said "log back in later for more fun and games. You will now be logged out". They said "later"!! And 2 days isn't what they call later!!

After being locked out of my account since Friday after new adoption, I was able to get in
last night. However, when I tried to play with the new adoption (which was in the system), I was
logged out again. I was able to get back into the site but have not tried to play with
the new adoption since.
Called the number and kept pressing 0 until I had done that like 12 times. Kept being prompted to leave a voice mail message. Which I did and have no expectations it will be answered.
Does anyone know if we should just keep pressing 0 no matter how long it takes?
An afraid to try the new adoption because I might get locked out on the whole site again.
