You see, My brothers and me were saying 'goodbye' to our mom and as she pulled out of the garage, we saw a Pembroke Welsh Corgi roaming around the lawn! Immediately, I thought, "Awwww!!! It's cute, but is it lost????" It turned out it was, so we fed it and pet it and did things you would normally do to a dog and then I was like, "I can't stay out here forever, I've got schoolwork I've gotta do."(I'm technically homeschooled FYI) So I went back to schoolwork while my brothers went door-to-door asking if the corgi was theirs... No hope. So we took her to our backyard and then about half an hour had gone by so then we were about to just let her go until we heard the slightest voice yelling,"Lucy! Lucy!" And we rushed out with Lucy to see who was shouting her name. And you couldn't have felt any better after saving a dog that could have been lost from that day on! THAT'S why I have a special place in my heart for Welsh Corgis!
