With his soft pink paws and snout, and realistic detailing, Opossum is sure towin the hearts of many when he makes his debut exclusively at Cracker Barrel OldCountry Store®. Opossum is the new ultra-soft plush toy from Webkinz and will beavailable only at Cracker Barrel starting on September 11th. "It is a tremendous honor to be the first retailer that Webkinz has worked withto create and distribute an exclusive pet in this hugely popular collection,"says Cracker Barrel Merchandise Buyer Karen Smith.
We are unsure about the wording in the press release in regards to being the first retailer to offer an exclusive pet. As many of you know, both Justice and Hallmark have had retailer-exclusive Webkinz already, but these were "semi-exclusive" and later released to all retailers for sale. Perhaps this Webkinz Opossum will only be available at Cracker Barrel stores and never released to other retailers?
Of course, this article wouldn't be complete without virtual images, now would it? Here are pictures of the Webkinz Opossum, its Countryside Gazebo (PSI) and Delectable Insectables (PSF)!
UPDATE: Thanks to Elephant for pointing out the the plush image is on Cracker Barrel's website!
