i had the same problem on 3 accounts this am. once you have logged in, and have issues, you miss the pop up and don't get the prize...............no matter how many times you log back in.

then it is time to call them!!! they will see you don't have it and give it to you....i am calling for those 3 tomorrow.

I also did not get one on my Asian account. I will email them and will be calling them tomorrow. It is sooooo cute.

I also did not get one on my European account!!! At first I thought I did not get one on my Asian account because it is already Monday there......but it is definitely Sunday in Europe, and I did not get one on both my Asian and European accounts. I did get them on my two American accounts though.

Perhaps it is because I already logged into my European and Asian accounts on Sunday before Ganz sent out the gifts.....???? Maybe it only comes with the new day pop up screen and I had already gotten that screen???? Hopfully it will come later on...

Ahhh.... the ever famous phone call. This is why I keep Ganz number programmed in my cell phone. I will be doing the same thing tomorrow for my Asian account.

No idea why it didn't work on my account - I got the card and my daily click popped up just fine. Gotta love the consistency of the glitches.
