Well, I was pretty sure about the two ingredients in there I had been on that thread watching as you all came to conclusions about what was in there Even tried a few combos myself on the 'hazard a guess' style of recipe.
Congratulations, ClaraZ25 AWESOME solving skills

Congratulations, Pat! I am simply glad that this one is out of the way and that it was as easy as just using regular corn on the cob (and glad that corn on the cob is now in more than one recipe!).

This is the first recipe with french fries to get past me! But if it was going to happen, I'm glad it was this one because I honestly didn't care for it.

With a recipe with an "obvious" main ingredient, it is mostly who stumbles upon the recipe first, you are right. Funny that I should have thought carrot cake because of the high boosts, that I explained it probably had an expensive ingredient, that it sold for 13 KinzCash, yet the picture was so different that I wouldn't have used it!

And funny that if I had continued with my Tusslepuff eliminations instead of working on these new ones, I would have done french fries + carrot cake + everything on the stove sometime in the past two days...

Thanks for answering how long it took Clara, I always wondered about that. Now, based on your answer I have just a couple more questions.

I've seeen mentioned that members were tipped off to the carrot cake possibility by the boost the recipe gave. I'm wondering how that was known before the recipe was solved? Also, was there a thread started for this sole purpose when the announcement came out that there was a new recipe? If so, where would that be located. I'd love to be part of it when the next new recipe comes out.

Congrat's again!

I have a thread dedicated to boost values and I always keep track of the boosts of unsolved recipes so it can possibly help lead to solving them. We were able to know the boosts for this recipe because WI member LittleDog (who deserves recognition for the help) was generous enough to send me a Maizealoop, as well as two other new recipes, that she won in the Magical Forest. I fed it to my pet to discover what the boosts are.

You can see that thread here:
http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/...boosts-423797/

For your other question, do you mean a thread dedicated to solving Maizealoop? Yes, there is one and that is here:
http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/...rified-573944/

All of the new recipes have their own thread in the Recipez in Webkinz World forum here on WI. Everyone can post on them and help out.
