As an Aerobic Instructor I am always trying to teach my clients about Diabetes and its causes, risk factors, and prevention methods. A good healthy diet free from excess sugar with a daily workout is one of the best ways to prevent Diabetes.
I definitely want to participate. Being in danger of Diabetes myself it is a great thing WI is doing.
Seeing all of the complications that my father in law goes through with it I would not want to see anyone suffer with it. And if we can spread the awareness about it maybe some will change their diets to help keep it away from them or lessen their chances of getting it.
