Hmm that's a tough question. What I would say was the best gift I ever gave might not be to the people receiving the gifts. Maybe someone really really liked something that I gave and I didn't realize they would like so much. lol
But if I had to choose I would say it might have been the guitar I got for my husband. He really likes it. Although this year we have a new daughter coming right before Christmas so maybe the best gift will be changing.
The best gift I have ever given was really part of our church project. We raised 270+ stuffed animals for All Childrens' Hospital. Enough for each bed at the hospital. We delivered them last Christmas! It was amazing and we were really blessed to be able to bring joy at Christmas to kids in the hospital! Some were even Webkinz!
I have given many Christmas gifts to others but the most rewarding was when our girl scout troop sang Christmas songs and passed out handmade cards to all the residents in the nursing home. It brought joy to their hearts and smiles to their faces and to ours! Thank you for letting me share! Happy Christmas in July!
I gave my Dad a poem that I wrote for Father's Day one year that made him cry. Same with a poem I wrote for my Mom. I also, recently, wrote my Dad a letter that made him tear up.
But that's the best, because you know they loved it and it was perfect
