Even though I had seen this thread before, when I saw the blue ribbon I just HAD to click it LOL! The temptation was just so strong, and alas, I was logged off (it was expected of course, but still a disappointment).

Is anyone else being logged out when they attempt to purchase something with a coupon and WW tries to calculate the percentage down to the last 50 cents? I was only buying one item, so it's not the multiple coupons glitch. This is something new for me.

NO RIBBONS, NO HALLOWEEN GOODIE BAG, NO SUPERBED FOR THE 30TH ADOPTION OF THE HIPPO POTM & NO LOOT BAG FOR SAME POTM !! I am ticked is any one else ? If they know these things are happening why in WW would they start the new stuff during POTM and halloween when it was not fixed from the last round of miseries ?

a3doglife---Sorry to hear that for you and your daughter. I think someone last month suggested we not post our POTM until the 3rd or 4th day; of the month. The same thing happened to my grandson last month. Gantz corrected it right away with a phone call. You can try calling 1--866--932--5469. and leave a message. You can also post them a message.

Anyone not get a POTM bag when they registered their hippo? I didn't get one What is the number you call to get help from Ganz? I know I read recently that they no longer respond to emails...
