Check all of your pets in the room. Maybe one of them is wearing the face paint/stickers. I hope you find your paint/stickers. If not, you can fill out the "I have something stuck" form from the customer service page. Your stickers should be in your dock within a couple of days later. Make sure you have the exact name of the paint/stickers when you fill out the form. Good luck.

You might want to recheck your dock it is not a gift item but a clothing one.

Just a few of my family's American accounts got a card. It might be server related and maybe they didn't get sent to all the accounts on particular servers?

s7sma, I did many times and I don't have them in my dock and thank you canonymous for the link. I emailed on Valentines day and got a reply back today that basically says tough luck. Of course they beat around the bush first but that only made it worse because it's like they didn't even read the email I sent where is said that I signed in and out several times and everything else I tried to get the stickers to show up. Here is the reply they sent to me.

You had an issue with receiving a prize from Webkinz World. If you did not receive your prize please make sure to check your dock for the item. Please try to log out of your account and then back into your account. Missing items have been noted in accounts that may have items stored improperly (items blocking doorways, overloading rooms excessively with items). For more information on how to store items and decorate rooms correctly please refer to the Webkinz Guide, which can be found in the 'Things to Do' menu once you log-in.

Please be advised that, as stated in our User Agreement, the website and all materials contained on it are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Any lost or missing items resulting from a minor anomaly on the website will NOT be awarded. For more information please refer to the User Agreement located on the main Webkinz homepage.

We are aware that sometimes technical problems do arise while using the website and we continue to address these issues. Our technical team works very hard to not only fix problems as they arise but also to make sure that once an issue is identified and fixed, it does not reoccur.

You should call and ask to talk to a supervisor (1-866-webkinz). I didn't get my Thanksgiving gift on one account last year and it was because when I first logged in for the day, I got the message "Sorry.... you will now be logged out".... even before it logged me in. I logged in and out over 12 times that day and the daily kinzcare never popped up either!! When I called (customer support was working on American Thanksgiving day), they were busy, so a supervisor actually answered the phone and gave me the gift basket without any problems. Good luck!
