THIS STINKS LIKE WEEK OLD CHEESE!!!!!!! I am so sick of ganz doing stpid things lioke this. first the no replacing exclusvies, the n the curio shop thing, now, this? I am seriosly thinking of quitting webkinz. I have already quit buying their stuff.

I love Webkinz not only for me but for my 3 children as well... I have spent at least $1000 since Oct of last year and am so disappointed by the lack of customer service...as a business owner I would never tell my customer they couldn't have everything they paid for....I really hope ganz rethinks how they treat the customers...

Has anyone gotten their Wish tokens for their New POTM. We did not get one when we adopted the Lil Pig last month. It also says you are supposed to get a Wish Token on your birthday. My little one has 2 accounts, both of which have the correct birthday or March 31. We visited both accounts several times yesterday and did not get a Wish Token on either account.

Has anyone gotten their Wish Token on their birthday???????

I honestly think it's going to take a lot on the consumers' end to persuade them. They are a big machine right now and feel that they can just do as they please because there are a dozen newcomers to every one of us that they hurt!

Divamom31, I, too, have spent literally 1000's and we have 5 accounts. But, since I started the road they are on for customer service is going downhill. This is really the end for me...... and really it doesn't matter if people have bought one animal or hundreds, the bottom line is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As someone said earlier in a post, look at FP or Playskool, if you are missing something, they send it, no questions asked....They are still inbusiness making a nice profit....this is just plain greedy.

I have heard many people say things like "their new policy about not replacing exclusives." Is this policy written somewhere by Ganz or Webkinz? And what about the promise of an exclusive and never receiving the exclusive. That is different than a "lost" exclusive due to a programming glitch. If you don't receive something that was promised, then they should give it to you. It is not a "replacement" item, but it is a "never received" item.

TRUe but no company likes negative Press. or negative from the BBB...........it may make them stop and think....if nobody does anything they will indeed just continue on like this !

Yes & at this time that is what WW and WI is recommending people do. Once the adoptions are complete you can send the items back. Stinks....I know!
