I'm sure you could create a program for it, but it's still close to impossible to write out each food (don't even bother with a picture - that will take forever) and check them all off. If there are 98 foods out there, your odds of getting the right combo are something like 1/152000. That would be only for one appliance, so with stove/ blender/ sandwich, you're looking at sometime like 1/456000. The comp can't do any of the work outside of creating the list, so you're still responsible for earning the money to try every combo, and putting them all through the appliance. I'm not even sure what basic program would have enough lines to hold that much info in a way that everyone can open it.

Don't we have a math nerd (no offense, I am a history geek!) out there that could creat a logarithm to solve every recipe there is, food and clothes? the longest part would be coming up with a sign for each and every item in the outlet and wshop (for foods). If a graph was created, we could simply check off what has been tried, and eventually we would solve the recipes. I wish I had the computer expertise to pull this off!
It's a bit more of a surefire way to check things off, but no easier than each person taking 2 foods (and everything else) and trying them the way they do. At least everyone's taking a piece of the work to go through faster.
