If you have an unadopted Webkinz Husky, Velvety Elephant, or Fox in your collection, you may want to hold off on adopting it for a little while longer. We have just received the news from Ameriwade that these three pets will be joining the Adventure Park collection very soon.

A new adoption of one of these pets will unlock a quest in the Adventure Park which will give a player the chance to win some fantastic prizes. There is no word at this point which quests will be assigned to the new pets, or when the programming for these pets will be activated, but as soon as that information is released, we will bring it to you here.

All three plushies will be available for sale at Ameriwade starting on Monday, September 26. Don't forget that Ameriwade features $5-flat rate shipping to the USA and Canada, no matter how large your order is, and a portion of every sale made online at www.Ameriwade.com goes to supporting Webkinz Insider.

UPDATE (October 7): Ganz just announced that the Series 2 quests will be added to Webkinz World on the 3rd of November. Remember, you must wait until after the programming has been added to the system before you adopt your pet. If you adopt early, you will miss out on the feature.

I hope that they fix the quests so that you get the good prizes again. I have the velvety elephant unadopted and was going to use it if I needed to keep an account open but now I might adopt it a bit sooner.

still not sure i want an ap pet it seems to confusing for me but those three are some webkinz i've really wanted maybe i will pick one out

Nice to see three new Adventure Park kinz, thanks FIA ...

.... I love the Adventure Park, but until that section of WW is more stable, I will be waiting to add to my collection .. but the minute they are released, I am sure I will change my mind!

I don't have any of those but I think it's dumb that you can't do the quests if you already have that pet.
