I'm one of the early April signups, and I sent an e-mail from the eStore section to report that I have not received my May box either. I was sent back an autoreply with links to their FAQ. Of course, this FAQ has no relevance to my situation, and I was annoyed that someone on the Ganz end thought that sending this message is somehow a part of "customer service." I wrote back with the suggestion that they should simply turn off the autoreply protocol, as it is useless and will probably annoy more of their customers than help them.

You would think that this membership thing wouldn't be so difficult to pull off, much less fix in a more timely manner. I am beginning to wonder what kind of staff they have working on their end.

Well, this year they got my $45 for membership. This experience,however, is making me rethink if I will renew. My daughter is already looking at that penguin site...

I want my May box!

The roller coaster is cute, but maybe a little too big. And they gave me two (I suppose a glitch), which I decidedly don't want and can't get rid of. But the one RC I use has it's own room and I'm trying to figure out how to decorate around it. One neat thing is that when you click to get off, there are several spots where your pet hangs mid-air until you "walk" them to the ground. Hee hee! I get my pets to hover over my volcano.

I think Deluxe is worth it if you use the estore, which (dangit) I do. My issue with estore stuff is that no matter how cool it is, you might get sick of the items and can't get rid of them. I'd probably use estore even more if I weren't roped into keeping the items forever.

I *like* the extra tabs, love using the different color schemes, and WANT MY MAY BOX! The boxes every month is really something to look forward to. And if you use estore, the extra points come in useful.

(But I want my May box! It's several days overdue now!)

I also bought my membership early in april. I'm glad to see that they are working on things and that we at least have got our epoints. We'll probably have the gift boxes in the next couple of days. I'm being pretty patient as I know with computers not everything goes right, they'll get things straightened out!!

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this on their deluxe accounts though. On all five of our deluxe accounts we have a free travel ticket again, just like when we signed up! Anyone else got this too?

I joined April 3 - got the points yesterday, but still no box. I'm going to wait for a while, but after a couple of weeks, if I still don't have the gift box, I might report Ganz to my credit card company as making a bad deal. Sometimes when the card companies lean on retailers, things happen faster. But I'd like to give Ganz the benefit of the doubt until the middle of the month.

Can you have more than one deluxe account? I signed up and my daughter signed me up on her family won too. Wonder if I will get too boxes every month?

Part of the problem is that even when you talk to a Ganz rep. they are still assuming the problem is that the account has expired and giving that excuse. We paid for a 12 month deluxe and I have to keep telling them (thru several emails now) that mine did not expire and my issue is different (the not getting the may gift box).
The only issue they seem focused on right now is the one month people having their account expire. I have yet to get anyone realize that the may gift boxes didn't go out.... perhaps their intent is to give them at the end of the month????

Pat, I spoke with Ganz yesterday and they are aware about out separate issue of not receiving the May gift, they say it will take several days to fix, but we will get our gifts. It does frost me that they have information on the website about the people that only choose one month, whereas us true WebKinz lovers, that bought the Deluxe year package on day one seem to be an afterthought. They know they have us hooked for a year, it seems they are worried about getting new people to sign up for the year.
